Intro
By visiting our site, you automatically agree to the terms of services set forth by us. When using the words "Our, Us, or We" is referring to Brown Hound Baits. The word "You, and your" is referring to the visitor/customer to BrownHoundBaits.com. The word site is referring to the web site of BrownHoundBaits.com.   We hold all rights to refuse any sells to any customer that violates our terms of services.   
Logos and Images
Brown Hound Bait's logos are the soul property of the company. Any use of the logos and the images are strictly prohibited. 
Prices
Prices of our product is set at a fair price and honest price. We hold the right to change our prices as we see fit to meet the markets ever changing demands, without any notice. We have the right to adjust our quantity per pack accordingly, to meet our fair price.
Fulfillment of Orders
It take us 5-7 days to build your order before it is shipped. We make each bait by hand and can take 1-3 days to make, depending on the size of your order might take longer. It take a minimum of 24 hours to cure before we can package your baits and ship your order. We may extend our fulfillment time line for any reason and will notify you by email (Florida storms, sick, etc.)
Discounts
All promotion codes, and any other discounts should be consider a special gift from us to you. We hold the right to end any promotion code or discount without any notice.  Promotion code that expire will not be used unless we reactive it.  Special discounts can change or end when ever we deem it necessary, to protect our product.   During check out you are responsible for filling in all promotion codes.
Mutt Bundle Baits
Mutt baits are made from all types of  left over soft plastics or recycled used soft plastics. The mixture of diffident plastic, colors, and glitter is completely random. We will only produce Mutt baits in a limit quantity or until the supply of left over and recycled baits is used up. Pricing subjected to change.
Custom Orders
One form per custom style of baits. You can fill out as many forms as you like. We will contact you within 48 hours of summiting a form. You'll receive a sample picture for your approval. Once you have paid for the custom order, production will begin. Depending on how many orders are in front of you, completion and delivery of the order may take some time.  No returns on custom orders once product has been delivered.  Pricing subjected to change.
Decal & Apparel
All Decal, Hats, Shirts and Hoodies have a 7 calendar day return policy from the day your order is delivered. This will give you enough time to inspected your product to insure it was not damaged during shipping. After the seventh day all sells are final. See Returns and Refund for more information. Find 3 Friends Program
You will receive a personal discount code for your friends to use. That code expires 3 months after your purchase. After the third month you will receive your own discount code to use or after the third friend uses the code. We will send your discount code by E-Mail only. We hold the right to cancel the Find 3 Friends Program from a buyer for any reason. See Discounts for more information.
Shipping
We try to provide you the most cost efficient prices for shipping. Our shipping fees change with the market and is priced differently from other shipping locations. You are held responsible for selecting the right location that the product is being shipped to. We hold all rights to terminate any order, from you that fails to provide the right shipping fee with the right location. Discount Codes may affect any free shipping offers.
Returns and Refunds
We will only issue a refund for a manufacturing defects of the product. You have 7 calendar days for Decals & Apparel and 30 calendar days for baits from the time of delivery to return the product to us. It must be in the original packaging and you must provide the original invoice number of the purchase, (the way you received it during delivery is the way you should return it.)  You may send us pictures of the defect by E-Mail or mail it back to us.  Once we have possession of the returned product or picture we will inspect it and contact you with what we found. We make all final decisions of the product after it has been inspected. If a manufacture defect is found we will issue you a full refund,  replacement or exchange for  a diffident product with the same value. You are responsible for providing a container and any shipping cost. We will not provide any shipping label for returns. We hold the right to refuse any refund for any reason to protect our product. Zero returns on custom baits once the product has been delivered.
